1. What is the cost, per square foot, for new home construction?

It varies with each home. Costs are determined by several factors including the amount of homesite preparation, size of home, type of exterior, custom features and the list goes on and on.

2. Once we acquire our loan to build, how are you paid?

You will be billed once a month for materials and labor used on your home. This will be sent to you from our company.

3. How long does it take for completion of the home once construction has begun?

Typically, we complete a home within 6 months; however, if the home is larger than an average home or if numerous changes are made, it will take longer than 6 months.

4. Do you, as a contractor, do all of the building yourself?

I am active in the majority of the construction, as I am a “hands on” contractor, although there are a few instances where I must use sub-contractors. I hire only the best sub-contractors, whose work is exemplary. Therefore, I feel confident in guaranteeing above standard workmanship.

5. Do you offer house plans to choose from?

We have numerous books, which contain hundreds of plans and we can recommend architects.
